Providing choices in Care for our Residents
As resident's age their needs may change. Our philosophy encourages "Aging-in-place" by offering independent living with supportive care services. Resident's are encouraged to use the multi-levels of care services on-site, from our physiotherapy centre, whirlpool therapy tub, to our daily exercise classes. We even encourage you to bring those pets that are lifetime companions.
Traditional Wellness Services (Included in your monthly Rent)
- 24 hour emergency call system in all suites
- 24 hour Care staff on-site
- Dietary & nutritional counseling
- Nursing assessment & consultation
- Pharmacy service
- Monday-Friday staffed wellness centre (8:00 am t0 4:00)
- On-site Physiotherapist
- On-site Physician
- On-site foot care
- Administration of oral medications during mealtime & once in evening
- Weekly housekeeping
- Weekly linen and towel service
- Exercise Program
* Personalized Assistance Care Program
- Assistance in administering complicated medications
- Assistance with physicians orders such as blood pressure, eye medications and IM injections for diabetics, and servicing medical dressings
- Assistance with dressing, personal grooming and bathing
- Assistance with personal laundry
- Tray service
- Daily changing of linens and bed pans
The Assistance Program is designed to be customized to every residents needs. Our General Manager and wellness Director will work closely with all residents and their families to insure their needs are met.
* Costs of the Personified Assistance program will vary with the amount of personalized care required. Income tax receipts will be provided for all additional care services.
